Andrew Garfield managed to become well-known due to his talent. Garfield was the only actor in his family to be involved in showbusiness, and therefore there was no support for him. His family wasn't involved in the show industry, which meant there was no one who could help him.
In order to be a successful actor, he had to get trained by professionals. After school the teenager entered the drama academy in London and received training and his acting skills were improved. Garfield started his career as an actor at the theatre and was awarded the Evening Standard Award.
