Erica Cerra, born October 31st 1979 in Vancouver British Columbia, is a Canadian actress best known for portraying the role of Deputy Jo Lupo in the Syfy series Eureka. Cerra was born in Vancouver British Columbia of Italian heritage. At the age of eight she was enthralled by acting, and was featured in numerous television commercials. For a time she went off acting and returned in 2001 at 22 years old. Cerra was ranked among Vancouver's top five actresses of the future by Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine in 2005. Cerra was a part of the show as deputy Jo Lupo in Eureka. The Syfy Series was broadcasted by Syfy between 2007 and 2012. In 2006, Cerra also played the role of lead in The Michael Buble music video Save the Last Dance for Me. Cerra is credited with featured roles in several well-known and critically acclaimed television shows including Battlestar Galactica and The L Word. She has also appeared in major films such as Man About Town with Ben Affleck and Rebecca Romijn and Blade:Trinity with Wesley Snipes. The face and body of Cerra was used as a model for Ashley Williams, a character of her role in the Mass Effect video game franchise. Her other guest starring roles are in Smallville The 4400 The Dead Zone Reaper Huff as well as Dead Like Me. Other credits include she's appeared in the Canadian crime-drama Cold Squad and Special Unit 2 as well the supernatural thriller The Collector. Cerra married Raffaele Fiore in November 2010.
Khondabi noted that she had married Joey Scribner Howard, her sweetheart from high school who has a degree in mechanical engineering working in the energy sector. Khondabi stated that she as well as Joey began their relationship at Greenwood Christian School and were close friends for a long time before they started dating as seniors in high school. Howard was a student who transferred out of Irmo in the state of South Carolina to Dutch Fork High School and completed his education at Dutch Fork, was a close friend of Khondabi. Khondabi and Joey then began dating. Khondabi was a 2007 Emerald High School graduate and graduated from Emerald High School in 2011 and is a University of South Carolina graduate with a degree in broadcast journalism. She also minored entertainment and sports. Joey graduated from USC too. They also have a furry baby a dog Liam. Khondabi stated that she and Joey are food lovers, and onion rings are one of their most loved home cooked meals. I am a curious individual Khondabi stated. When I was a student in elementary school I was a journalist for educational interviews that were broadcast on the news show at our school. I was also in charge of reading out daily school headlines. At (then) Oakland Elementary our newscast was titled WOAK. After college Khondabi stated that her first major job as a news reporter was with WAGT at the time in Augusta Georgia. Khondabi wrote that I worked as a reporter at Augusta Georgia for about six years. After Augusta, I spent time as an anchor for WOWK at Charleston West Virginia and then Columbus Ohio.
