Dennis Helfer is a Canadian farmer, and Elaine Helfer, a Canadian woman was her mother. [2] She is born to German, English, Swedish and Norwegian origin. She attended William E. Hay Composite High School located in Stettler. The school was located on the family's grain farm alongside her three sisters: Trena, Tammy and Tara.
